22253 Sivers (provisional designation: 1978 SU7) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Lyudmila Zhuravlyova at the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory near Nauchnyj, Ukraine, on September 26, 1978. It is named after Yakov Efimovich Sivers, a Russian statesman of the 18th and early 19th centuries.
